Terms of Service

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Nadeuri (“나들이”, the “Service”), operated by JicloudStudio. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

1The Service

Nadeuri is a community app for discovering places in Korea, finding directions, and sharing reviews and local know-how. The Service does not process payments; it only links out to external apps where relevant.

2Accounts & eligibility

• You sign in via social login (Apple, Google, or Kakao). You must be 14 or older to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3User content & prohibited conduct

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, sexually exploitative of minors (CSAM), violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, false, spam, advertising, an infringement of others’ intellectual property, or a violation of privacy.

• We may remove violating content and suspend or ban the author within 24 hours of a report.
• You can block and report other users. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse; CSAM is removed immediately and reported to the authorities.
• Upload only photos you took yourself. Do not repost images or content from other platforms.

4Content rights & license

You keep the rights to content you create. You grant JicloudStudio a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate and promote the Service.

5Location-based service

The Service uses location for nearby search and directions, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not store your raw coordinates on our servers. The Service does not provide payment; it only opens external apps at your request.

6Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• “Hidden spot” information and reviews are user-provided. We do not guarantee their accuracy or the safety of any place or route. Visiting, traveling, and personal safety are your responsibility.
• The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

7Changes, termination & governing law

We may update these Terms; we will give notice of material changes in advance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Western District Court as the court of first instance, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
