Geumsan Park 금산공원
A short boardwalk loop through a protected warm-temperate evergreen grove in Napeup-ri, where the canopy closes so tightly that the sky nearly disappears on a clear day. Village scholars once gathered here to read and compose poetry, and a small ritual hall still stands inside the forest. The full loop takes around 20 to 30 minutes.
Local context
The grove is a designated Natural Monument, and Napeup village still holds its annual poje rite at the altar inside — one of the few surviving Confucian-style village rituals on Jeju.
