Jejigi Oreum 제지기오름

Jeju, Seoul · 33.2418, 126.6101

A small forested cone rising directly behind Bomok fishing village, climbed on a stair path in about 15 minutes. The summit deck looks straight out over Seopseom islet, the little harbor and the long curve of the Seogwipo coast — a big payoff for very little effort.

Local context

This is the villagers' morning-exercise hill, so expect locals rather than tourists on the steps. Afterward, Bomok Port below is the place for jari-mulhoe, the cold raw damselfish soup this village is known for in early summer.
