Jigyeong Beach 지경해변
A small cove sitting right on the boundary between Yangyang and Gangneung — jigyeong literally means "border" — that through-traffic on the coastal road passes without noticing. The water is clear, the sand rarely holds more than a few local families, and a short path picks its way along the rocky shore at one end. It offers the same sea as the famous surf beaches a few minutes north, minus the crowds.

It sits between Namae Port and Jumunjin, so locals fold it into a coastal run — a swim here, then the Namae skywalk five minutes up the road.
