Millak Waterside Park 민락수변공원
Wide concrete steps running straight down to the water directly across from Gwangan Bridge, which cycles through colored lighting after dark. Groups spread picnic mats on the terraces, get fried chicken delivered to the park entrance, and stay late watching the bridge and the boats.
Local context
This was Korea's first designated waterside park, and note the big rule change: since July 2023 the whole park is an alcohol-free zone with fines, so the local move is now chicken and soft drinks instead of soju.
