A broad, shallow beach one cove east of Haeundae that has grown into the center of surfing in Korea. The waves stay gentle enough for beginners most of the year, surf shops along the sand rent boards and wetsuits, and lessons keep running even through winter. The mood is noticeably slower than Haeundae, with more wetsuits on the sand than parasols.
