NadeCheonmasan Sculpture Park 천마산 조각공원
A short climb above the port district, this summit park scatters outdoor sculptures along paths that open onto the harbor on one side and the open sea on the other. The grounds also hold the remains of Seokseong beacon mound, part of the Joseon dynasty's signal-fire network, and the ridge is angled to catch both sunrise over the piers and sunset over the water.
Local context
It functions as a locals' exercise hill — neighborhood walkers at dawn and dusk, almost nobody in between — and the free view over Seo-gu, Jung-gu, and Yeongdo rivals paid observation decks.
