A wire-rope factory from 1963 converted into an arts complex, where the Busan branch of Kukje Gallery, a large secondhand bookstore, a Czech-style brewery, and cafes occupy the preserved factory shell. Old winding machinery is left in place as sculpture, and a bamboo-lined path loops around the back of the buildings.

Local context

The name simply means 'Factory, 1963,' and locals treat it as a rainy-day circuit: an exhibition at Kukje Gallery, browsing the YES24 used bookstore, then a Czech lager at Praha 993 in the old factory hall.
