Okyeonji Songhae Park 옥연지 송해공원
A reservoir park in rural Dalseong, on Daegu's southwestern edge, looped by floating wooden decks that put you right on the water. Walk the full circuit across the mid-lake 'hundred-year bridge', past a small windmill viewpoint and a grotto tucked into the hillside — the flat course takes about an hour at a stroll. It is named after Song Hae, a television host Koreans adored for decades, and in early April the cherry trees ringing the lake make it one of the area's best blossom walks.
Local context
Locals treat it as an evening walking course, and the deck railings light up after dark; weekends in cherry-blossom season are the only time it gets genuinely crowded.
