A row of tarp-roofed tent restaurants sits directly on the pebbles of Gamji Beach, a small cove tucked below the Taejongdae cliffs. You sit at a low table while scallops, abalone, and clams sizzle on a tabletop grill, close enough to the water that spray sometimes reaches the tarps. It is one of the easiest places in Busan to try the classic seaside pojangmacha meal of grilled shellfish and soju.
