NadeJajangmyeon Museum 짜장면박물관

A small museum inside Gonghwachun, the century-old Chinese restaurant building where Korea's black-bean noodle dish jajangmyeon was born, telling the story of Chinese migrant dockworkers through recreated kitchens and dining rooms. Give it 30 to 40 minutes to walk the period sets, then eat the real thing at one of the noodle houses on the Chinatown main street outside. Entry is about 1,000 won and it sits mid-slope in Chinatown, a few minutes from Incheon Station.
Local context
Koreans treat jajangmyeon as comfort food on the level of pizza, and this is the dish's acknowledged birthplace — a fact most first-time visitors to Chinatown walk past without realizing. Closed Mondays, and the combined ticket covering nearby open-port museums is the better deal if you plan to see more than one.
